Accuracy
Corrections policy
We aim for every venue listing and guide to be accurate, up to date and fair. When we get something wrong, we correct it promptly and transparently.
What can be reported
- Incorrect venue name, address, phone number, website or opening hours.
- Wrong city, neighborhood or category.
- A venue that has closed permanently or changed concept.
- Missing, outdated or misleading photos.
- Factual errors in editorial guides.
- Concerns about how a rating or review count is displayed.
How to report an error
Send details through our contact page or by email. Please include the venue name, the page URL, the specific information that needs correcting, and a link to a reliable source if available. We review every message.
For venue owners and managers
If you own or manage a venue, you can also use the list your venue form to claim or update a listing. We may ask for evidence of ownership or management before making substantive changes.
How we handle corrections
We aim to review correction requests within five business days. Confirmed corrections are applied to the venue page or guide, and significant factual changes are noted with an updated review date. We do not remove legitimate public information simply because a venue prefers it hidden.
No retaliation
We do not penalise venues or contributors for reporting good-faith errors. We welcome scrutiny because it makes the directory more useful.
